For the safety of our crew and compliance with Bartholomew County and Indiana solid waste regulations, here is exactly what Ohana Property Services accepts and what we do not. If you have items outside our scope we will help you find the right disposal resource.
Accepted
Ohana Property Services accepts standard nonhazardous cleanout items including furniture, household junk, move-out debris, estate cleanout items, and donation-eligible household goods with written permission.
Not Accepted
Ohana Property Services does not accept hazardous waste, medical waste, needles or sharps, chemicals, asbestos-containing materials, or regulated waste unless handled by a properly licensed partner.
